Yoga, moon cycles and tarot are three ways of speaking the same universal language.
They’re all guiding us back to ourselves, to nature and to something bigger.
Whether you practice movement, sit in stillness or seek insight from the cards, my work is about helping you reconnect with the peace and positivity found in your natural rhythm.
If you feel stuck in stress, weighed down by self-doubt, or disconnected from your inner wisdom, I see you. I’ve been there. But I also know that transformation is possible.
My classes, workshops, events and tarot readings are spaces for you to step away from outside noise, listen inward and remember the power you already hold so you can move through life with more peace, trust and self-compassion.
I’m a yoga teacher, mindfulness guide and tarot reader, but more than that, I’m someone who has walked this path myself.
I first came to yoga to ease physical pain, but what I didn’t realise was how much my inner world needed healing too.
Stress, negative self-talk, jealousy, low self-esteem, anger – these were all part of my daily life. Don’t get me wrong, I was having a great time on the outside, this was all within.
Through deepening my yoga practice, I learned I have a choice in how I respond to life. That choice led to more peace, better relationships and self-love.
Before yoga, I had already found a connection to astrology and tarot and over time, I realised they were all threads of the same divine energy. Yoga, moon cycles and tarot are all maps – guiding us back to the natural order of things, back to the alchemy of the universe and back to the truest form of ourselves.

I don’t believe yoga is just about movement or that tarot is just about answers.
Everything I offer is about self-inquiry, self-trust and coming home to yourself.
Every practice, whether physical or energetic, honours the shifting cycles of the moon and the wisdom of nature.
My classes and workshops integrate yoga philosophy, so it's not just movement, it's a practical guide to living with awareness.
I believe deep inner work doesn't have to be heavy. There's space for humour, creativity and playfulness too.
Self-inquiry should be available to everyone. I strive to make my offerings financially and physically accessible.
I acknowledge that yoga originates from ancient India and is deeply connected to its culture and traditions. I offer deep gratitude to the past practitioners who have carried this wisdom through generations, allowing us the opportunity to practice here in East Yorkshire to help us make sense of this modern world.
My yoga journey began in 2019 when I completed my teacher training with Power Living Australia. Led by Duncan Peak, their holistic approach blends ancient Indian traditions with modern anatomical knowledge and community connection and is the foundation of my teaching. I continue to practice online with their Adelaide studio, now known as Human.Kind.
This is a community. A space to grow, question, explore and honour where you are.
Here’s what people have shared about their experience:
I’m a lover of storytelling, deep conversations, food and time spent staring at the night sky.
I have a background in theatre, which means I see movement as a form of expression and I bring that into my teaching, whether that’s through a creative vinyasa sequence or a freshly written visualisation meditation.
I believe in cycles, in the wisdom of the body and in the magic of choosing to stop and listen.
Don’t get me wrong, life isn’t always water off a duck’s back. I experience road rage, I watch reality TV and I absolutely LOVE a good skincare routine.
I’d love to get to know you and support you.
Whether that’s through movement, stillness or insight – it would be my pleasure to guide you back to a peaceful and positive life.
