This gentle, restorative class is created to support your recovery after birth: physically, emotionally, and energetically. Each session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you reconnect with your body at a steady pace.
You’ll explore safe postnatal yoga-inspired postures to ease common areas of tension such as the shoulders, back, and hips, while rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, with options and exercises included for those recovering from a caesarean birth.
There will also be moments for guided breath and stillness to give you chance to rest, reset, and simply be with your new baby.
The space is calm and baby-friendly. You’re encouraged to feed, cuddle, or change your baby whenever needed. Crying, cooing, and all the natural sounds of early motherhood are very welcome here.

This practice offers more than movement. It’s a nourishing hour for you to fill your own cup. As you find calm and connection through breath and gentle flow, your nervous system begins to settle, which in turn helps soothe and regulate your baby’s too. You are deeply connected.
I’m passionate about ensuring that mum comes first. While there will be plenty of opportunities to bond with your baby, this time is also for you – to care for your physical and mental health, meet other new mums, and feel held within a caring, understanding community.
This class is suitable for mums with babies aged 6-weeks to crawling. Whether you had a vaginal, instrumental or caesarean birth, you’ll be guided to move in a way that feels safe and appropriate for your stage of recovery.
Foster mothers and adoptive mothers are very much welcome, this space will honour your journey too.
