January – Aparigrahā (non-grasping)
Vinyasa style of yoga blends pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (postures) and meditation to create a dynamic flow which anchors you to the present moment.
This practice is both strong and energising and can be physically challenging in parts. The true magic of vinyasa lies within these pockets of effort where strength and stillness are cultivated, transforming the final resting pose into a sanctuary for both body and mind.
Many people feel put off by a perceived lack of flexibility, but the truth is, yoga meets you exactly where you are.
Flexibility isn’t a requirement, it’s a result.
Over time, you’ll not only gain physical flexibility but also experience improvements in balance, focus, strength, relationships, energy levels, sleep quality, positivity and resilience.
